After placing an order, a confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp. It's crucial to confirm the order, as only confirmed orders will be shipped. If no confirmation is received, the order will not be processed.  
We kindly ask you to check and try on your items as soon as you receive them. While the courier is still present, you may decide on the spot whether to keep or return your order.
